Beef and Spinach Soup
A simple and tasty soup for winter.
700 g Beef Schnitzel, cut into strips
3 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
1 tsp Raw Sugar
0.5 tsp Black Pepper, fresh, ground
1 cup Fish Sauce
5 Chicken Stocks, (liquid)
130 g Baby Spinach, coarsely chopped
1 Lime, juiced, zested
1 tsp Sweet Chili Sauce
Marinate the beef with the garlic, sugar, pepper and fish sauce in a bowl for at least an hour.
Bring the stock to the boil in a large saucepan, then add the spinach.
Bring back to the boil then add the beef and the marinade sauce.
Bring to the boil again then remove the saucepan from the stove.
Use a fork to separate the meat then mix in the lime and sweet chilli sauce.
