Ice Cream Maker Luxury Vanilla Ice Cream
250 mL Milk, whole
250 mL Cream
4 Egg Yolks
125 g Caster Sugar
1 Tbs Vanilla
"Using a whisk beat together the egg yolks and the sugar until they are fluffy.
Heat milk and cream in a small pan and add the vanilla essence.
Add the egg mixture to the pan and stir on a high heat for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to the fridge and allow to cool for at least an hour.
Add the mixture to your ice cream maker and leave it to make your ice cream for about 45 minutes.
Transfer to the freezer or serve.
