Ingredients

  • 4 whole Brown Onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, optional, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbs Butter

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, cook onions in butter over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Add vinegar and honey, or sugar.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently until onions are cooked down to a jam-like consistency.
