100s and 1000s Cookies

Ingredients

• 0.5 cups Butter, melted
• 0.3 cups Sugar
• 0.3 cups Brown Sugar
• 1 egg
• 2.3 cups Flour
• 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
• 1.5 cups Hundreds And Thousands

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 150C. Beat butter and sugars until creamy.
2. Add egg and vanilla, beat until well combined.
3. Mix in flour and baking soda until combined, then add hundreds and thousands.
4. Spray an oven tray with cooking spray.
5. Knead dough and roll out with a rolling pin to 5mm thick.
6. Using cookie cutters, cut out cookies in shapes as desired.
7. Sprinkle with extra hundreds and thousands and bake for 4 minutes.
8. Flip cookies, then leave in oven for a further 2-3 minutes.
9. Remove tray and cool on rack.
