Ingredients

  • 20 cans Tomato, diced
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 small Red Onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno, roughly chopped, seeded
  • 0.5 cups Coriander, fresh
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Kosher Salt And Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla Chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper, to taste, in blender until smooth.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
