Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars My Nan made these Lemon Bars all the time when I was young. They are so refreshing and light. You can also use the same recipe for Orange Bars or Lime Bars, just change the fruit accordingly!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cups Lemon Juice
- 125 g Butter
- 0.3 cups Icing Sugar
- 1.3 cups Flour, sifted
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Caster Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon Rind
