Lemon Tart Recipe

Ingredients
1 Pastry Case
0.3 cups Caster Sugar
0.3 cups Lemon Juice
0.3 cups Cream, thick
2 tsp Lemon Rind, grated
3 eggs
Instructions
Whisk together the sugar, lemon juice, cream and rind.
Beat in eggs one at a time and mix well.
Pour into the prepared pastry case and bake for 20-25 minutes in a moderate oven.
Allow to cool and serve with cream and/or ice cream.
