Lemon Tart

A delicious summer dessert.

  • 1 Pastry Case
  • 0.3 cups Caster Sugar
  • 0.3 cups Lemon Juice
  • 0.3 cups Cream, thick
  • 2 tsp Lemon Rind, grated
  • 3 eggs


  1. Whisk together the sugar, lemon juice, cream and rind.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time and mix well.
  3. Pour into the prepared pastry case and bake for 20-25 minutes in a moderate oven.
  4. Allow to cool and serve with cream and/or ice cream.
